I need your help! I have fair skin but I have dark knees and elbows. I have tried everything: bleaching, lemons, vinegar and salt scrub, and whitening soaps but nothing seems to work! I am working in a hotel and we are required to wear short skirts and no stockings. I can make do with the dark elbows because we wear a blazer, but I get really embarrassed with my knees. HELP!
Thanks so much Sabs. I hope to hear from you soon!

I am glad to hear from you and I am glad to help! You are not alone. I have that same problem too. I was really frustrated with my knees too growing up and I refused to wear shorts.
What worked for me for a while was applying pure lemons and baking soda. I would make a paste and leave it on for about 5-10 minutes, twice a day. It worked for me for a while but when "tanning" became "in" my dark elbows and knees came back. I guess when you're a lot older, these things are harder to correct.
But let me tell you about this cream I discovered. It's called YOKO Moisturizing and Whitening Cream for Knee and Elbow. I was a bit skeptic at first but I was thinking, what the heck... If it didn't work, I can always just discontinue using it.
I must tell you that I love the product. It's really easy to use and it smells good too! I would apply it twice a day (once in the morning, and once in the evening), and it showed results in just 3 days... I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and let me tell you, I am very satisfied with it. At least for me, it didn't turn my knees and my elbows grey like how bleaching does. It also makes the thick, rough skin soft and supple which I like.
You can find this amazing product in either Landmark or SM department stores. It's PhP 174.75/pot and it lasts about a month, depending on how often you use it.
I hope I was able to help, and do let me know if you decide to try it! God bless!
