I was in Rustan's last night when I came across VO5 Hot Oil treatment for treated hair in their cosmetics section in the supermarket. I dye my hair once in a while so my hair is all dried out. I took a shot and got myself a box for PhP 97.75 for 2 tubes. The directions of use is pretty simple. Just put 1 unopened tube in a bowl of hot water and let it sit for 1 minute for the oil to heat. Then, on wet un-shampooed hair, massage the oil into the scalp and leave it on for a minute and shampoo as usual. It's odorless which is a plus... Some hot oil treatments that I have tried at home and in Salons smelled like medicine or burnt hair-smell which I really don't like. VO5 doesn't have that. You don't even have to condition your hair anymore because after I shampooed my hair, it was really soft! I loved how it felt! But knowing my unruly natural wavy hair, I had to tame it more by conditioning the ends/roots. I avoided my roots already since I just treated it with hot oil. TWO THUMBS UP FOR VO5 Hot Oil Treatment! Try it!
